Phase 112

Phase 112 Lots are available. This phase offers an additional 183 lots in Seton, including single-family front drive, single family laned, semi-detached, M-Series bungalows and some new exciting innovation product from Brookfield Homes. For questions about homes, you can visit our builders websites: Avalon, Brookfield Residential, Cedarglen, Jayman, Logel, Rohit and Trico.

We are excited to see this project come to fruition and anticipate spring construction 2022 for an early 2023 opening.
This private 13,000 sq. ft. facility will be the hub of so many great activities and events for residents to enjoy.

Did you know...?

Around this time each year (end of February/early March) residents will be sent information regarding Annual Fees.

Annual fees will not be charged until the HOA facility opens which is anticipated to be Spring 2023.
