General Business –
The following motion is submitted by the Committee: That 'Section 7. New member application' be replaced with the following:
To apply to become a member of the Society, a person must submit a written (or online) application to a committee member stating that the person—
(a) wishes to become a member of the Society; and (b) supports the purposes/objects of the Society; and (c) agrees to comply with these Rules.
The application—
(a) must be signed by the applicant; and (b) may be accompanied by the membership fee.
Note: A submission for membership may be provided online without a signature. Payment of fees may be made online using Electronic Funds Transfer.
Close of AGM
The Annual General Meeting will be followed by the normal March Meeting.
