The Spirituality Commission is offering a retreat experience for the people and parishes of the diocese during Lent 2023, beginning on the first Sunday of Lent.
For each week of Lent, Archbishop John will introduce a video of 10 to 15 minutes by a speaker which will explore themes connected with the Sunday Mass Readings. The input will be sent weekly via email and can then be viewed at any time. Alongside the video there will be suggestions for prayer and reflection through the week. The resources can be used individually or within a parish setting.
