Wates Residential is launching a new campaign to find UK-based, new, innovative, sustainable technologies and materials that will help it build Net Zero homes and achieve its environmental targets.
 
PeriDynamics Research Centre at University of Strathclyde

As PeriDynamics Research Centre (PDRC) at University of Strathclyde, we will be very happy to collaborate with organisations to reach net zero targets.
 
PDRC has a wide scope of research activities. We are developing advanced computational models for structural analysis including damage prediction such as fatigue and corrosion damage. We are designing novel floating renewable energy platforms for wind, solar and hydrogen. We also have expertise on experimental hydrodynamic testing at our university’s Kelvin Hydrodynamics Laboratory. Get in touch for more. 
 
Green Grants available to help businesses cut emissions, by Allia 💰

Allia is working with Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce to manage Green Business Grants on behalf of Cambridge City Council. Businesses in Cambridge can apply now for a grant of up to £10,000 to help reduce their energy consumption, save money and improve their productivity.

UK Request for Proposals On Emerging Climate Technology Projects

Boris Johnson and Bill Gates announced a new partnership to mobilize public and private funding in emerging climate technology projects located in the UK. To operationalize this collaboration, Breakthrough Energy Catalyst has launched an RFP to identify and select emerging climate technology projects for project-level financing.
