Happy Spring Dear Ones,

It’s a blessing to be sharing special offerings at the studio…again!!!

-The first Yoga for Sleep Support Mini-Retreat (see flyer below) was insightful and beneficial for us all. It is an assortment of simple natural health techniques with some being neuroscience based. This retreat is accessible for anyone. If you are not interested in the short movement practice, there are many other gems available in the program. Several participants were from the medical community looking for more ways to help those they serve. Is that awesome or what!!!

As they say, different strokes for different folks, and variety is the spice of life!!!  The next 1/2 day retreat is Saturday, March 19, 9:30-12:30. I hope you will join us!  If you are affected by Long Covid, please consider this offering.

-The New Yoga for Unwinding series on Thursdays, 4:15-5:15 is a Go!!!!
I’m tickled to be teaching Yoga focused on Nervous System health for those looking to reset their nervous system after these trying past years.
This class offers the option of using chairs or not….anytime during the class. There is still space available.

More information is available on our website www.bloomherenow.com

PS…all our classes at Bloom are designed for Nervous System wellness by being focused on the breath, moving mindfully and many other helpful nuggets to support self-regulation and rejuvenation.

-Ahhhh, It’s been a treat to offer the Prenatal Yoga Program again. These Amazing Mamas bond and support each other in our brief time together.
There is a true sense of sisterhood and motherhood that is embodied. It’s a blessing to be part of this womb we create, which includes professional guests who share their talents with us.

Sharing Peace, Kindness, Healing & Fun brings me Joy!!!  Thanks to You All for your continued prayers and support.  Please reach out if you have any questions or thoughts to share.

It is or would be a pleasure to Bloom together!

Warmly, Sharon

Koelle and Tony continue to host open Mindfulness Meditation on Sundays from 9am-10am. The format, which formerly consisted of 3 shorter meditations back to back, has changed to one 20-30 minute meditation followed by a group discussion for the remaining time. This arrangement gives participants more time to share personal insights and experiences, and/or ask questions of one another. Koelle and Tony both value the space this has created for us to learn from one another, and extend ongoing gratitude for the in-person participants as well as the Bloom Community as a whole for the love and support of our mindfulness family.

Our Yoga Friends at Wellness in Motion in State College are sponsoring this triathlon that includes Yoga and Meditation.
As a gesture of support, The Bloom “Community Garden” is providing volunteers for the event. If you would like to carpool and/or volunteer with us, please contact Sharon. Text or call 814-943-2333 or email yogamovesu@yahoo.com.  Afterwards we are visiting Tait Farm Harvest Store, Penn State Arboretum, and Way Fruit Farm.
PS….There will be Food Trucks at the Triathlon.
