MEMBER SPOTLIGHTS
Impact Co-Chair // Rhonda Bodfield
Rhonda Bodfield learned about the power of the printed word during her two decade reign as a reporter for the Tucson Citizen and the Arizona Daily Star. Currently the Manager of Corporate Communications for Tucson Electric Power, she has spent a decade in communications, previously sharing the stories of two other local institutions that do complex work in support of our community: Pima County, with a focus on healthcare and Pima Animal Care Center, and our region’s largest hospital, Tucson Medical Center, and its affiliates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona, where she taught as an adjunct professor, and earned her secondary teaching certification from Pima Community College. Fun Fact: When she’s not sharing stories, she’s shaping them as a founder and council member for her neighborhood association and sharing her love of dance as a volunteer Zumba instructor.
