Markus Fahrner is the curator / manager at the Port Moody Station Museum. He is an avid bibliophile who additionally creates art books and loves learning new book binding techniques. As a graphic designer and visual story teller he is always interested in new ways to present culture and history. This works really well in the museum especially as he is responsible for setting up exhibitions, designing didactic panels and running educational programs. His inner actor comes out during his trench tours which gives him the opportunity de-colonize and incorporate inclusive practices when sharing the past.
