Families

Service Opportunity and Laser Tag
This Saturday, we'll be having a service project involving COVID check in. We'll meet at 3 PM outside the NHB and go play laser tag after it's finished (laser tag runs around 10$/game). Anyone wanting to compete in ballroom competitions must complete 2 hours of volunteering each semester to receive funding from the club.
Advanced Classes
Advanced classes continue this week at 6 pm. A reminder that anyone can try out advanced classes for two free days.

Jackets and T-shirts
We've extended the deadline to fill out the Jacket and T-shirt form here. If you filled it out last semester, *please* fill it out again as this is a new order. T-Shirts run for about $15 and jackets $50-60 (the larger the order, the less the cost per person!).
Texas Hoedown
The country competition, Texas Hoedown, is fast approaching, March 25-27. Competition info and details will be sent out in next few weeks.
Fed
The Austin Swing Syndicate at the Texas Federation of Women's Club is hosting swing dancing every Thursday, with a class for beginners at 8:15, and social dancing starting from 9-11 with admission 8$. There is NO free hour at this time. The location is 2312 San Gabriel Street. The Fed REQUIRES booster shots for admission or a negative covid test within the last 72 hours and masks are required as well.
