It will result in a more useful, visual and practical guide for your strategy:
- A clear representation and map about how change will occur that allows you to be accountable for results
- Your impact will be more credible because the outcomes are measurable
- A blueprint for evaluation with measurable indicators of success
- A powerful communication tool to use when talking to stakeholders
- Capturing the complexity of your initiative on one page
- Checking short, medium and long term milestones
- Keep the process of implementation and evaluation transparent
- It forms a basis for reports to funders, policymakers and boards

THE STRONG SCHOOLS TEAM WAS EMPOWERED BY TOC
|
|
|
Our team had a very fruitful Theory of Change (ToC) workshop to help identify, manage and amplify our impact. We learnt to clearly distinguish between Outputs and Outcomes and to focus on setting clear and measurable Outcomes, while always keeping our PURPOSE (OUR WHY?) in mind.
Dr. Colin Habberton, co-founder and Executive Director of the Relativ Group facilitated this session and emphasized that many investment companies started looking seriously at organisations' ToC in the past 10 years, before investing funds.
We look forward to hosting this year's first virtual workshops about Theory of Change, on 24 February and 3 March.
