Ms. Jordan Crugnale MP, State Member for Bass has accepted the Society’s invitation to attend our petition handover event at Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club at 10am on Wednesday 2 March. We will also launch a short film of the ‘Rally Round Our Dunes!’ on the day. The film has been produced by David Smith of imaginACTION.
Numbers are limited, so register as soon as possible to secure your place. A good turn-out from members and friends will reinforce the strong message delivered by the Inverloch community at the Rally.
In other Rally-related news, Ms. Cathrine Burnett-Wake MP, Member for Eastern Victoria in the Upper House, who attended the Rally, raised Inverloch Surf Beach erosion and the need for urgent action in a question to Minister D’Ambrosio in early February. The Minister is yet to respond.
We have also been in contact with Mr. Russell Broadbent MP, Federal Member for Monash.

With just over a week to go to the petition handover, we haven’t yet reached our target of 500 signatures, so please sign this week – it takes less than a minute! Hard copy versions are also available to sign at the Bunurong Environment Centre and the Deck at Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club.
