Two Things for Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Has anyone else enjoyed the forty degree weather for the last couple days? Feels like we may just make it to spring. The Big Guy must have brought the nice weather back from Florida with him!  Kyle and his family had a wonderful time down at Fort Myers Beach. They enjoyed some time away with family, spending their days on the beach, and watching dolphins play in the blue water. The boys also had a great time #rippinlips and reeling in some big ones! 

Real estate seems to be CRAZY all over the country. Homes in Fort Myers that were 350K-550K two to three years ago are now worth over 1M! In general real estate tends to eb and flow with the seasons, but that is no longer the case, each season continues to be crazier than the last! So those of you that want to find that dream Florida vacation home may want to take the plunge sooner rather than later, as the market is only continuing to trend up. 

This past week we had three big closings! Our beautiful modern farmhouse in Ada, the country estate on Egypt Valley Country Club, and the updated East Grand Rapids hidden gem. One of the best parts of the job is being able to represent such a wide variety of homes. We love to see the character of a historic 1800s home while in the same day walk through a cutting edge modern farmhouse - it’s what makes every day unique! Needless to say we know homes, and also know what helps to sell your home.
