Brodersen Australia

Brodersen has opened an office in Australia in July 2011 with its primary focus being development of RTU sales in the region.  It’s not a completely fresh start - there is already a strong installed base of more than 1,000 Brodersen RTUs in Australia to build from.

• 60 onboard IO and expansion allows >1000 IO

Flexible Logic

SNMP Functionality

The Brodersen SNMP Trap Alarm and Control application software runs on the RTU32/RTU32R hardware platform as a general SNMP Agent.  Settings for the RTU are configured easily from a web browser interface.

Web Based RTU Setup and Monitoring

Basic setup of the RTU comm ports and LAN ports is undertaken from a secure web browser interface.  Applications that include STRATON IEC61131-3 logic are able to embed graphical display pages that can be viewed from a browser, or separate Viewer program.

Zenon - EmbeddedHMI/SCADA Software

Zenon is deployed in more than 70,000 installations worldwide - ranging from small single station applicatons to very large multi-server network applications.  Zenon runs on a wide range of operating systems, including Windows CE and has flexible operating modes to suit workstations, servers and HMI clients (including 'clustered' servers and 'enterprise' style systems where multiple remote servers interface with other servers). 

The Brodersen RTU32/RTU32R hardware platform uses the embedded runtime version of Zenon to provide local HMI functionality, as well as interface with other distributed Zenon SCADA servers and clients.

Zenon is easy to use with features that includes;

• Object based database with 'parameterizing' instead of programming
• Powerful vector graphics (including WPF elements)
• OPC, XML, VBA, SQL, ActiveX, .Net, IEC61131 logic
• Server, Operator, Web client and embedded runtime modes
