Hello everybody! 

Today is "World Health Day", a global Health awareness day celebrated annually on April 7th. Each year draws attention to a specific Health topic and the theme in 2022 is  "Our Planet, Our Health".
In the midst of a pandemic, a polluted planet, increasing diseases like cancer, asthma, heart disease, on World Health Day 2022, WHO will focus global attention on urgent actions needed to keep humans and the planet healthy and foster a movement to create societies focused on well-being.   https://www.who.int/campaigns/world-health-day/2022
I truly believe we need to better the way we eat, how we sleep, exercise and care for our planet. These pillars are vital for our Health and Wellbeing. 
 
My passion is "To empower you with holistic knowledge on how to achieve a better health naturally, avoiding chemicals, synthetics, side effects and dependency".

Spring is here.
The season for renewal & growth!


Spring is beautiful! , but it’s also the time of year for seasonal allergies. As plants release pollen, millions of people with hay fever start to sniffle and sneeze.
 
Our immune system mistakes pollen for being dangerous and releases a chemical called histamine to protect the body.  Histamine creates allergy symptoms like runny noses, itchy or watery eyes, sneezing, coughing, dark circles under the eyes, and all of this is a result of the inflammation of the tissue lining within the nasal passages.
 
There is no cure but we can take steps to curb springtime allergies!
 
The aromatherapy approach to allergies is to use calming and soothing essential oils to modify this over reaction of the immune system (such us Chamomile, Lavender or Melissa) and blend it with breathing oils (like Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lemon, Rosemary or Niaouli) to open-up the nasal passages experiencing some relief. We use these essential oils in baths, showers, compresses, diffusers, inhalatiors, rollers or skin lotions. 
 
Punch Pollen 💪 diffuser blend: 

Equal quantity of drops in the diffuser of “Lemon 🍋, Peppermint 🌿 and Lavender ” or replace Peppermint with Eucalyptus or Niauoli essential oils.

Niauoli is a cousin of the “Tea Tree”, with many respiratory benefits but smells so much nicer in the diffuser!
