Make It Mondays
3:30 - 4:30pm, Monday afternoons
in the Children's Room

Meet on Mondays in the kids room and join the librarian as we create with Legos and other building toys. We have Duplo blocks for younger kids, Keva wood blocks and K’Nex building kits. We’ll display your creations for a week until the next Monday!

Learn to: thread a needle, sew on a missing button, repair a ripped seam or hem a pair of pants.  Join us!
Antrim's Anti-Racism Study Group

The Antrim Antiracism Study Group's next book study will be My Grandmother's Hands by Resmaa Menakem. Menakem is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the impact of trauma on our body as well as on our spirit. He writes for both Black and white audiences, and includes meditative and healing practices as well as a helpful summary (Re-memberings) of key insights at the end of each chapter. Beginning on the 3rd Thursday of March at 6:30 pm and via Zoom, the group will spend 3 months considering the ideas discussing this NY Times Bestseller. Here is the schedule:
March 17, Part I Unarmed and Dismembered (chapters 1-9)
April 21, Part II Remembering Ourselves (chapters 10-17)
May 19, Part III Mending Our Collective Body (chapters 18- 24, Afterward, Opportunities for Healing)
If you have questions or want to join the group, contact Linda Bundy at (603) 588-2254.
