Tartt is a luscious and satisfying superwash merino bulky weight base that only comes around every once in a while - just like the novels of Pulitzer-winning Donna Tartt. Spring means it's time to make some space for lighter bases, so it’s also your chance to stock up on winter 2021 colorways in bulky form!
As of this writing there are still so many lovely colors left - a skein or two is ready to become the perfect gift knit or instant gratification project! No code is needed for sale, and it’s on while the yarn lasts or through the end of Monday, March 21.

Also in the shop today, a little surprise bunch of yarn. A batch each of Mrs. Dalloway, The Willows, and House of Leaves, and a gorgeous handful of Wraith Tea (OOAK colorways using leftover dyebath and/or experimental methods) on various bases.
Tentatively expecting to have a larger shop update ready in early May, so finish up those WIPs and make room on your hooks and needles.

I probably don't need to tell you that the supply chain is borked. The price of everything that goes into sourcing, prepping, dyeing, packaging, and shipping yarn isn’t quite what it used to be. This also means the prices I need to charge for each base have also been adjusted.
The sliding scale aims to make bookish yarn accessible to as many folks as possible while still ensuring fair compensation for the time and labor I put into Ex Libris Fibers.
Thank you for keeping these crazy yarn dreams going!!
