PARTY IN PERSIA (AKA Tall Pines at PLFC) along with the beautiful Queen Esther. Bring your friends, and pack your pajamas. See flyer for details. If you would like to attend Friday evening or Saturday and not need lodging, you can let Fern Diener (601-479-0476) know by March 21.
Jubilee launches its first pastoral search process in over 25 years! On Thursday March 3, the Pastoral Search Committee gathered to begin its work to discern future pastoral leadership for Jubilee. Melody Clymer, Jeff Landis, Suzanne Opel and Lisa Shelly along with Del Glick, serving as resource person, gathered to lay the groundwork for this important process. Lisa was affirmed as chair and Suzanne as secretary. Their next meeting is this evening, March 14. Your prayers and support for them will be greatly appreciated.
There will be no men's prayer breakfast this Friday. We will resume on Friday, March 25.
We will have a Potluck meal on Sunday, March 20, after the service. Please bring food to share, perhaps a main dish and a side or dessert. There is no assigned clean-up crew, let's all help with clean-up as you are able.
