Life is all about relationships, the quality of which depends on a harmonious dance between the conscious and unconscious mind.

Contrary to popular beliefs relationships are not there to make us happy, happiness just like love, joy and peace reside inside of us, it is our choice to experience happiness or deny ourselves. To lay the burden for our happiness on another or on outside circumstances lead to resentment, it is a sure way to invite disappointment and misery.

A conscious relationship is an adventure that allows us to grow, heal, share, expand our awareness, and manifest more of our potential, it is alive and deeply fulfilling. Too many people are settling for okay relationships, okay jobs and okay life, and ache for something that they haven’t got word to express.

This practical workshop creates a safe container for anyone interested in exploring how they relate to every aspect of their life, whether they are in a relationship or not. It will require a willingness to enquire within and take ownership of their experience of each relationship, whether with self, intimate, work, friendship, etc…
