Guidance on Recording Cases and Reporting Data

The NGO has published updated guidance on Recording Cases and Reporting Data.

This guidance will come into effect for all speaking up cases received after 1 April 2022. We urge leaders of healthcare organisations to support their guardians in submitting data.
