Dear Family and Friends,
I hope and pray that you are all well! If any of you are like me, each day seems to get busier and busier - are you taking the time to slow down and enjoy the season of life that you are in? Yes, I know - it is easier said than done, but I encourage you all to take a few deep breaths in this moment and think of five things that you are grateful for. Feel better? Intentional gratitude is very rewarding not only for your relationship with God, but also for your relationship with yourself and others. Now, how are you going to create intentional space to keep growing? I would love to hear any suggestions that you may have:)
These past few months, I have been trying to build my relationships with the apprentices overseas - whether through personal interactions or reading through their newsletters. In doing so, I have created a new monthly posting series that relays prayer requests of the apprentices and staff overseas to our social media audience. I am very excited about this and believe that the audience will feel more connected to the workers on the ground. Above, you can see the first post of prayer requests from the field.
As well as connecting to the apprentices this way, I also reached out to two apprentices in hopes that they would be willing to write a blog for our AT3 website. Exciting news, they did:) I forwarded these stories to Converge, posted them to our website and designed promotional posts for each story via our social media platforms. If you have time, I encourage you to read these God stories at https://at-3.org/we-prayed-he-anwsered and https://at-3.org/an-unexpected-blessing.
There are plenty of other AT3 tasks that I currently am involved in, but I just wanted to show you a quick glimpse! Thank you so much for all of your support; I wouldn't be able to serve God in this manner without you all. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!
Prayer Requests:
- For Ukraine.
- For the apprentices and staff on the ground in the UK.
- For me that I intentionally carve out time to spend with God and keep growing in my relationship with Him.
Your AT3 apprentice,
Kalley
