In March, you can join us every Saturday for a fresh and colorful menu, inspired by flowers!
The first dish, the Bicchierini di Carciofi Confit alla Crema di Parmigiano Reggiano (Confited Artichokes, Parmensan Crema, Organic Italian EVOO, Spring Herbs), brings the Artichoke, a very popular flower (who knew!?) during spring season in Italy.
To pair with it, Fabio chose the Grüner Veltliner, Weingut Stadt Krems. A refreshing, smooth, mineral and fizzy wine made with one of the signature grapes of Austria.
A perfect combination to start a special dinner to celebrate the season that brings new beginnings!
Don’t forget that, as always, we will offer a traditional and plant-based menu for all guests to enjoy.
Our wine list is very special, and we just added 16 new boutique wines from Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, Lebanon, and the USA!
The JEUNE RED CHATEAU MUSAR is one of the new additions. This interesting and intense wine is produced in a nature friendly way in Lebanon using French Knowledge & Techniques. Pair it with our charcuterie board for a full Wine & Kitchen experience!

Dine with VINIA’S FAVORITES or sip boutique wines and relax over European shareable plates while listening to local musicians performing bossa nova and sultry Spanish sounds every Wednesday and jazz, folk, and blues every Thursday from 7pm - 9pm.
Reservations for regular service and music nights are highly encouraged, due to our intimate environment, but not required.
