Celebrate a World of Flavors during National Nutrition Month
National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign held in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During the campaign, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits. The theme of this year’s National Nutrition Month is Celebrate a World of Flavors. By choosing to celebrate, you are bringing awareness to the inherent value in diversity—diversity of culture, experiences, flavors, and food choices. Use this month as a reminder to bring your unique perspective to the table with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), who can help you create healthy habits that celebrate your heritage and help your meet your goals!
