Hello everybody! 
 
Every year when I can take this photo with my cherry blossom behind me, I know spring is coming 🌸🌼 💪
 
However this feeling is tinted with all the sadness we are living in.  Just watching the news once a day to stay informed is quite overwhelming. My youngest bought nappies among other necessities to collaborate with the conflict and my heart sunk. 

Still, we need to keep going and being proactive (gathering donations, and staying alert to possible future needs). All this, while carrying on with our busy daily routines.
 
To help, here is a very energising blend to help you stay strong and positive. Being present and at the same time grateful for what we have.

🌺 Geranium. Balanced!. The mother of essential oils. A mother to take care of us while we are "mothering our families";

🍑 Bergamot: to tackle grief, to let go the sadness and bring peace;

🌿 Patchouli ( I know it has a reputation... the hippie oil!...but trust me ... blend it and its sublime) to harmonise and stabilise our mind, stop overthinking and gain self-confidence. 

NB: it is very important to know your suppliers, to use organic, sustainable essential oils to receive health benefits and protect nature. Reach out if you need help on this front.

On a greater level, we aim to give people education to live longer and with quality of life, benefiting people and the environment, generating a deeper connection and respect between people and earth. 

Can the Earth's life support systems take our waste products and meet our demand for land, food, water fuel?

If we keep living like we are we need

Awakening Nutrition Workshop
We are a joint multifunctional Team of ladies providing Nutritional information, Aromatherapy, Qigong practice, & Mindfulness workshop, to evoke your connection to Earth.
The day concludes with a collaborative cooking practice, where we learn how to prepare a "balanced seasonal sustainable meal".
What does it mean a "Balanced, seasonal, sustainable meal"? 

When you finish eating any meal your body goes through the nutrients ingested and click boxes:
 
Protein ✅
Complex carbs ✅
Simple carbs ✅
Good fats ✅
Raw enzymes  ✅
Fibre ✅

If one of these boxes is not ✅ the body will soon ask for it, and we go and snack! 

Most probably not the snack that the body says ✅

So, lets snack again and see it this is it...

And so on ...

 
A balanced meal will give you all you need for the next 3 to 4 hours without snacking.

Goal 👉 your gut microbiome will work for you: more immunity 💪, more serotonin 😊, less inflammation 🌿

Do you have a bunch of oils?

March brings the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate International Women's day & Mother's day.
