Needed: Help with VQHA points and awards  

VQHA needs volunteers to take over important positions: 1)  keeping track of VQHA points for year-end awards and 2) handling horse show awards and year-end awards. Your email, street and phone number is given to the regional directors, the youth and amateurs for their use in communicating to our members. If there is a different email address or phone number or street address you wish to have for VQHA communication purposes, please contact Cory Balsis at cjbalsis@gmail.com.  As the Membership Officer she maintains this database.

The Break Out will include AQHA and APHA classes, NSBA special events, and the ProElite and Kristy's Quarter Horses Ranch Derby with $2,000 added. Plus, there are Virginia-bred events, and a $3,000 added yearling halter futurity.

The Virginia Maiden recently added 3 Year Old Non-Pro Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle classes. Premier Sires will match funds for these new classes giving them each $2,500 added. With this addition,  Premier Sires will provide a total of $17,500 in matching funds for specific classes.

Premier Sires will also sponsor free rookie classes.
