Announcing our Social Benefits Vendor Expression of Interest online form!
Taking on 81 homes is a huge job, and there's a ton of capital improvement work that needs to be done! Luckily we have a Social Benefits Plan to help guide our vendor selection process. We hope to use Social Enterprise, Equity-Seeking controlled, and local vendors wherever possible, but we have to meet them first!
That's where you come in! If you know any Contractors, Consultants, or Suppliers that you would like to see providing services to the Land Trust, feel free to tell us about them on this form or forward a link to the form to them!
Please spread this callout far and wide, the more vendors we have to choose from, the greater our ability to secure community-building add-on social benefits from all the capital improvement work we are doing!
We will also be share this vendor list with other not-for-profit housing providers as well!

At our All Committee Meetings staff present a brief organisational update and participants break out into separate rooms for individual committee meetings. Governance, Acquisitions, and Resource Development Committees all meet, and anyone can join (though the Acquisitions Committee is by invite only due to the confidential nature of its activities.)
