Medina is now about two months away. Judi and I are busy putting the final touches on a great experience for you, and want to share a Planning Checklist to make sure we're all set. Planning Checklist
Have you...
- Made your Hotel Reservations at Holiday Inn Express & Suites (use the Group Code MC3 and reserve by April 11 to get the discounted rate of $115++)
- Completed the Pre-session Survey? We'll share your feedback during the session.
- Emailed your best character photo to SNHU@SantaNana.com?
- Scanned and emailed your business card?
- Shared your Claus website or Facebook links?
- Picked out your red blouse/shirt and black pants/skirt for our traditional graduation photo?
And other optional fun things:
- Registered for Santa Day at Castle Noel on May 14 (if you're planning to attend)? Read their schedule closely for what they suggest for parade attire, if you want to purchase the t-shirt, and where they may need your assistance.
- Collected socks to support the Socks for Soldiers program, our chosen Community Service Project in partnership with Castle Noel?
- Started to gather your Claus-related clothing or accessories for our first ever Swap or Sell? LET US KNOW if you're planning to bring something so we can arrange to have enough tables set up in the room.
- Each SNHU session seems to have a nice goody bag filled with treats or other fun items. Completely optional if you would like to bring a small, travel-able goody to share with your classmates to add to the bags.
- Let us know if you'll have a guest joining us for meals, but not class?
Looking for a Roommate or Need Airport Pickup?
If you are interested in room-sharing, need an airport pickup, or want to share a rental car, post that on the SNHU-Medina Messenger group and we can try to coordinate some shuttles with each other.
Swap or Sell
How it works. You have extra Claus-related clothing or accessories you don't want or use anymore? Bring them to either sell or swap for something else with someone else. You're looking for some new-to-you Claus items? Meander around the room to find the perfect thing you need to create your look. All prices are set by YOU and YOU decide whether you want to swap or sell your items. SNHU receives no part of any proceeds, and the exchange is entirely between the two parties looking to either swap or sell. Let the fun negotiations begin!
Schedule
We will continue to update the schedule on the website. For our alumni, look forward to some updated refreshers and new programs to provide both "what to do" and "how to do" life as a Claus.

- Casual welcome reception with light snacks. Many of you are choosing to bring along some goodies to share throughout the weekend. Thank you for that!
- We'll start the Swap or Sell Wednesday evening.
- Dana Klaus of Castle Noel will come and speak about the Castle and the Socks for Soldiers program.

- Complimentary breakfast for those staying at the hotel
- 8:30 - 5:00 - Class (lunch provided)
- 7:00 - Group Dinner (separate checks at Yours Truly restaurant)
- 8:30 ==> Evening of Fun in the Conference Room and Swap or Sell continues
Friday - May 13, 2022

- 8:30 - 4:00 - Class (lunch provided)
- 4:00 ==> Claus Oaths, Graduation, Class Photo, and Reception, with alumni invited to attend

Saturday - May 14, 2022
- Santa Day at Castle Noel, and we'll arrange to have a group photo there
- For those staying Saturday night, we'll have a casual gathering of sorts
