Southern Region Conference
March 12, 2022 (Virtual)
Greetings Alumni & Supporters,
Welcome to our second virtual Southern Region Conference. Our theme is, “Continuing to Move Forward”. We must continue to move forward by supporting our University for students who participate in the band, athletics, as well as our academic scholars.
We will have our virtual conference on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Please plan to attend. We have some exciting news to share with you as the agenda has been planned with YOU in mind,
Our President, Mrs. Kimberly Ballard- Washington, Esq. will present the “State of the University”; Mr. Raymond Clarke, (invited) will give updates on enrollment and growth;  Mr. Brian Dawsey, will present tips on recruiting; Ms. Tara Davenport, will give updates on Athletics Compliance; and Dr. Shalonda Mullgrav will present updates on University Advancement  and Marketing.
We will have chapter sharing on fundraising, marketing and recruitment: Ms. Diedra Lewis, from the Raleigh/Durham Chapter and Ms. Rosetta Summersett, from the Toombs-Montgomery Chapter.
Please register for this meeting. The cut- off date is Monday, March 7, 2022. The registration fee is only $25.00. After March 7th, the fee is $40.00.

SSUNAA New Fiscal Year Dues for New and Returning Members
This is a friendly reminder that the Metro Atlanta Chapter of the Savannah State University National Alumni Association (SSUNAA) is collecting dues for the new fiscal year (07/01/2021 – 06/30/2022).  For Life Members, your dues will be $50.  For Annual Members, your dues is $120 ($70 for National and $50 for local).  Being a member of this chapter affords you the opportunity of joining one of the fastest growing chapters in the SSUNAA.  We are a very active group, who enjoy warm fellowships with one another.  We are also focused on supporting our beloved alma mater through fundraising, recruiting, and advocacy.  We would love to welcome you into our fold!  To begin, we are asking all new and prospective members to complete our membership application, by clicking the following link
