Dear <<First Name>>,

Our techhelp@lli.bard.edu team has received several messages from members saying that they did not receive the email about their on-campus class or the link to join a Zoom c class. Some common sources of the problems have emerged.

  • Emails about classes are sent from ProClass, our registration system. Whatever email a member used to sign up for classes will be the email with the link. Some members set up lli.bard.edu emails to register, but don’t check that email for the links. Check all your email addresses!
  • Sometimes your email system regards our emails as “spam” or “promotions.” So check your folders - and in most email systems, you can say “this is not spam” or “this is not a promotion.” Each email system is different, so you can do an internet search on “SPAM for Gmail” or “SPAM for Outlook” or “SPAM for AOL” to learn how to allow LLI emails to come to your regular inbox.

And, if you do have a problem, please add your telephone number to requests for help so that we can contact you quickly.

Thank you.

You can check our website at lli.bard.edu for more information.
