Some of the emotional and mental struggles we experience are directly related to a lack of personal boundaries.
Personal boundaries are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships.
A person with healthy boundaries can say NO to others when they want to, but they are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and close relationships.
Are you struggling in your relationships because you lack boundaries? 
These are some of the struggles for not having healthy boundaries.
1. Oversharing personal information
2. Have difficulty saying no
3. Overinvolved with others' boundaries
4. Dependent on the opinions of others
5. Accept abuse or disrespect
6. Fear of rejection if you do not comply with others
If you do know where to start with drawing boundaries, here are some tips to consider.

1. Know your limits
2. Know your values
3. Listen to your emotions
4. Have self- respect
5. Have respect for others
6. Be assertive
7. Consider the long view
