Below you will find a few reminders, details regarding an upcoming SNS review and resources. Please feel free to share with whom you find appropriate.

Student Nutrition Services:
As part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) supper requirements, Student Nutrition Services Area Supervisors and staff will be periodically completing site monitoring reviews of the supper program. The site monitoring reviews ensure that we are in compliance and operating the program correctly. One component of the site monitoring review is collecting attendance numbers for your program. The review requires that we document the program attendance for the day of the review and the previous 5 days the program was in session. We are asking for your partnership and collaboration to provide us with this attendance information at the time of the review. The reviewer will let you know which days they need attendance numbers for. Providing this data at the time of the review allows for a smooth and efficient review process.

Summer 2022 Coding Bootcamp is live on our website!
Classes: Intro to JavaScript, Intro to Web Design, Intro to Unity Game Design, and Intro to Python
When? T/W/Th from 10 am – 2:30 pm between June 21 – July 30
Where? Remote and in-person, TBD which classes will be which!
Who? 9th – 12th graders, including rising 9th graders and 12th graders who just graduated

Please let me know if you are having any resource fairs or info sessions for your youth. I would love to come by,

ATTENDANCE REMINDERS
The first lock of the calendar year was processed on Monday, February 7th. Please refer to this sheet for the rest of the EMS lock dates for the rest of the school year.
If you missed inputting attendance before the lock date, please submit an EMS Attendance Request.

ExCEL SFUSD EMAILS REQUESTS for SITES
To request a NEW* SFUSD Email please follow the steps below:

• Make a PDF copy and complete the SCHOOL YEAR ExCEL CBO AUP TEMPLATE for each staff person
• Complete pages 3 AND 4, and drop completed forms into your agency’s folder 
• Submit SFUSD Email Requests for SY 2021 - 22 HERE  
• Please include the link of your completed form in your Email Request.
