Luftfartstilsynet har 28. februar 2022 vedtatt flygeforbud for russiske flyginger i norsk luftrom. Flygeforbudet gjelder også flyging med drone.

Flygeforbudet gjelder alle flyginger, inkludert flyging med drone, utført av russiske selskaper eller russiske borgere eller for russiske interesser i luftrommet over norsk territorium.

Dette gjelder flyginger i luftrommet over det norske fastlandet, Svalbard og Jan Mayen. Forbudet omfatter også luftrommet over norsk sjøterritorium (havområdet fra grunnlinjene ut til 12 nautiske mil). Forbudet gjelder ikke i internasjonalt luftrom. 

Flygeforbudet er gitt i Regulation on restrictions for Russian flights.
 

The Civil Aviation Authority of Norway has 28 February 2022 issued a regulation which prohibits Russian flights in Norwegian airspace. This also applies to flights with unmanned aircraft. 

The probation applies to all flights, including drones, operated by Russian natural or legal persons or otherwise controlled by any Russian natural or legal person in Norwegian airspace.

This includes the airspace over the Norwegian mainland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and the airspace over Norwegian sea territory (until 12 nautical miles from these land territories). The probation does not apply to flights in international airspace.

The probation is issued in Regulation on restrictions for Russian flights.
