Thanks for a Successful AGM and Board Election!


PNLT hosted our annual members meeting on February 23rd. The Community came together to hear about all the amazing work we did in 2021, adopt some bylaw changes to extend our inclusive community democracy model to include people living or working in the new Scatterhomes, and elect 8 new people like you to our Board of Directors!

Because our AGM was online, we supported a broader range of members voting by holding an online election, and here are the results!  Please welcome Alana Page, Bernadette Rilloraza, Chemi Lhamo, Kathleen West, Matti Paquiz, Megan Brown, Opal Sparks, and Tiffaney Malley! Members also elected Sonam Yangsom to another term.

At our All Committee Meetings staff present a brief organisational update and participants break out into separate rooms for individual committee meetings.  Governance, Acquisitions, and Resource Development Committees all meet, and anyone can join (though the Acquisitions Committee is by invite only due to the confidential nature of its activities.)
