Hi <<First Name>>!

Welcome to March! I know the first of the year we are so excited to begin a new project or a new way of being, so I'm reminding you to stay dedicated to your vision for 2022! Please don’t allow distractions get in the way. Take a stand for you and your visions!

Last month I had the opportunity to take a vision board workshop with Gayle King, Gabby Bernstein and Adam Glassman. I left with with a reminder to let words and images inspire you, and focus your energy in that direction. Here are a few questions asked at the beginning that you can use and reflect on:

  • What would my ideal life look like?
  • What kind of person do I want to be in life?
  • What gives me a sense of meaning value and person?

As I dedicate myself to my vision for this year, I want to thank everyone who has practiced with me over the last 11 years, and for those who have continued to practice online with me for the past two years! (Yes, TWO YEARS... amazing!!!)

Pre Workout Toast


Ingredients:
3 Seed Toast (Food For Life Baking)
Almond Butter
Banana
Chia Seeds
Honey
Cinnamon
Toasted Coconut Flakes

Instructions:
Layer the toast with the peanut butter. Add banana slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes and a little drizzle of honey.

Coffee Oats


Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Coffee
1 Egg
1 scoop of Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
Toppings:
Greek Yogurt & Cacao Powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a bowl or mug. Microwave for 2.5 minutes. Top with Greek yogurt and cacao powder.
