  • Breath: Initial breath = 6 count in, 6 count out; End breath = Using Abhaya Mudra to push fear away with the breath
 
  • Chair Yoga: "Smooth Movements for the Whole Body"--Dynamic in's and out's using the breath. 
 
  • Strong & Steady: "Upper Body Strength" Heavily upper body strength in this one, with some sneaky core throughout
 
  • Therapeutic Yoga: "Sun Salutation, Flow of Poses" --NO weight bearing on the hands or knees in this one
 
  • BONUS: "18 minute Kindness & Compassion Meditation"--good for those in pain, for those struggling with heath issues, or for building body awareness
