GLOBE is getting ready for spring!

Roundtable on PMA on 14 March

Recent changes to French law have opened access to medically assisted procreation to almost all women, including single women and women in same-sex couples. OECD GLOBE is delighted to invite you to a virtual Roundtable on Medically Assisted Procreation to discuss the changes in French laws with the following experts:

• Catherine Michaud - President of GayLib

• Maitre Émilie Duret - Lawyer and member of the Board of Directors of the French Association of LGBT Lawyers

• Pr Catherine Guillemain - Doctor and President of the Federation of CECOS

When: Monday 14 March, 12:30-13:45

After initial interventions, an OECD agent currently pursuing parenthood and our panellists will answer questions from the audience. Please also feel free to share your questions by emailing globe@oecd.org. We hope that you can join us for the event!

Apéro at Rosa Bonheur sur Seine

Join us on Wednesday 16 March for an apéro at Rosa Bonheur sur Seine.

When: Starting at 19h.

Where: Rosa sur Seine, Quai d'Orsay, 75007 Paris, close to Pont Alexandre III. The bar is on a Péniche, has a nice terrace and is located in 2 minutes walking distance from the métro and RER station Invalides. The association The Poppingays will be playing the music.

Thank you for attending the Annual Meeting 2022

The GLOBE annual general assembly is the most important GLOBE event of the year. Due to the COVID situation we hold our general assembly entirely online. Despite the difficult circumstances due to the pandemics you have made the event exceptional with a record attendance.

Paris International Tournament on 3-6 June

The Paris International Tournament (TIP) organised by the French LGBT+ Sport Federation will take place from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th June 2022. Registrations for any of the 26 sport disciplines have just opened, so come and take part in the game and in the closing party!! All there is to know here.

Membership

All GLOBE memberships expire every year on 31 December. If you have not yet renewed your membership then please do so now! We already have a record membership for January 2022, and every additional member helps us to amplify our messages of inclusion and respect.
