Have you observed how certain relationships in your life have a way of making you feel good, relaxed, hopeful, stronger inspired, and many other positive effects? While other relationships make you question yourself, doubt yourself, or even feel defeated like you cannot measure up?

This is because we are meant to be in relationships. Whether it's with parents, spouses, children, friends, strangers, co-workers among the many types of relationships.
We are going to be affected mentally and emotionally whether we know it or not.
But the most important of all relationships is the one we have with ourselves.
If you have disconnected from yourself, it will show in your relationships through people-pleasing, complying, numbing, etc behaviors.
If you are connected well with yourself you will be more prone to enjoy most relationships and be able to resolve challenges.
The relationship you have with yourself is the one that determines how you choose your relationships. It is for this reason that you make the choices and take the actions you do while in relationships.

If you are mostly overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, stressed, angry because of the relationships you are in, what are these relationships saying about you?
When in conflict with others, are you able to understand the problem within yourself that is contributing to the conflict?
A lot of times when we do not know that, we tend to make choices that exacerbate the issue as opposed to resolving the issue.
Are you able to make choices in your relationships or not?
These answers can result in stable or unstable emotional, mental states of being.
On Wednesday, March 9th at 12:00noon,I will be hosting a live Q&A on my( forerunnercounseling) Instagram page. If You have any relationships that are affecting your mental and emotional wellbeing, feel free to respond to this email with your questions and I will answer them on my live feed.
