2022 Price Adjustment

Heister House Millworks strives to keep pricing as stable as possible. But, vendor price increases and raw lumber costs have made it necessary to implement some price changes which will go into effect with orders placed on or after April 18, 2022. Orders placed prior to this date must ship before May 30, 2022 in order to qualify for 2021 pricing.
Nearly all products are affected by this increase, but to different degrees. Finger joint mouldings and stair parts have seen the greatest increase in the 20% - 30% level. Poplar products have increased about 5% and Red Oak is up about 15%. Our interior door vendors have raised their price by about 10% since our last increase.
New Catalogs
We are in the process of printing new Heister House List Price Catalogs and will be mailing them out in the mid-March timeframe. This will give you about 30 days from the time you receive new prices until they go into effect. Our outside and inside sales team can work with you to update any quote.
Please contact your Heister House sales rep if you need extra catalogs or if you do not get one.
Standard Discounts
The rapid pace of price changes in 2021 forced us to implement increases by changing our individual product discount levels. I’m happy to report that we will return to normal and consistent discounts with the distribution of these new catalogs. Please talk to your sales rep if you don’t know your current discount level.
