Dear Berklee families,

My name is Dr. Chris Kandus-Fisher, and I am Berklee's vice president for Student Affairs. I hope your student is enjoying the semester so far. As we approach the middle of the semester—and as students focus on midterms next week—I’d like to share some of the ways your student can get support at Berklee.

These services and resources are available to students throughout their Berklee experience to help them develop and thrive personally and academically.

Here are some highlights:

Students can explore our Services and Support page to find additional resources, including accessibility resources, information for international students, career advising, and much more.

For More Immediate Concerns

Living and learning through the pandemic has created many challenges for students, and some may need additional support. If you have any concerns about the challenges your student may be facing, please connect with us immediately.

In the event of an imminent threat to anyone's personal safety, an emergency in progress, or if you are unsure what to do, call Public Safety immediately at 617-747-8888 (available 24/7). Public Safety will work with our Student Affairs on-call team to identify the appropriate staff members to follow up on your concern.

For other situations of concern, you can contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at 617-266-1400 during business hours, and we will ensure that your student gets the appropriate support.

We are partners in your student’s development, and I hope you will encourage them to explore and use these resources whenever they need them.

Sincerely,

Christopher Kandus-Fisher, Ed.D.
Vice President for Student Affairs
