  • Current Standard Plan customers are free to continue with the Standard Plan until plan is upgraded or downgraded.
  • Current Business Premium customers will be moved to Business Plus plan

Want to save on overages?
  • Contact us as we are always happy to review your current plan.  We are flexible!  Usage notifications are emailed once you reach 75%, 95% and 100% of your data.  If you run out of data, please contact us. 
Did you receive overages on your monthly invoice?  
  • Please contact us within the month you received your current invoice so we can help figure out the most cost effective solution.  We are happy to review the overage fee. 
Have no service?
  • First step is to reboot your equipment by unplugging directly from the wall outlet
  • If service does not resume, please contact us so we can help you get back online!
