This week we share the funeral information of our Metro families affected by losing a loved one. Please remember them in your prayer, and remember the words of 1 Thessalonians 4:13 -18 "But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this, we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord, Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words"
Previously on Agape’s Neighborhood; Grace went to Amanda’s house to help Amanda’s mom, Mrs. Philips, pack bags of clothes to give to the homeless shelters. Through Faith, Jayce, and Isa, we learned that arguing with one another will not help get the job done. We should be slow to speak, quick to hear, and slow to anger. This way we are able to patiently listen to one another’s opinions. Will Grace be able to learn from her mistakes and continue practicing patience?
Tune in next month, Tuesday, April 5th @7pm to find out what happens in episode 3 of Agape’s Neighborhood. We would love to pray for you. If you have a prayer request, please send your request to Agape@metrosda.org
