Sharing in difficult times

The last week has been stressful and worrying for most of us. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the war in Ukraine, people living in the conflict zone and anyone who has friends, relatives or colleagues there or in neighbouring areas. The daily news are concerning and can affect our mood and daily routines, all that after two years that have already put our strength to the test.

On the positive, we have seen an enormous level of support, humanity and connection between people, and it certainly makes us appreciative of our own circumstances. Feeling part of a community and connecting with people that help us stay positive can make a big difference. How do you deal with challenging times – do you keep things to yourself or prefer to share your thoughts with a housemate or friend?

Let us know and get in touch if there is anything we can help with!

Take care,
Eva & Nick
