 There is some wonderful news to share with you. I became an official faculty member of Berklee College of music, becoming the first-ever created Effortless Mastery teacher at Berklee after 8 years of managing the institute with Kenny Werner. Together we now have almost 75 students at Berklee this Spring semester, in addition to our wonderful Lines Demystified online workshop with people from all over the world studying how to improvise on chord changes. This Thursday Kenny is doing a public zoom event organized by Berklee Alumni, here is the link.
Also, these past months have been busy with the new album and I can finally tell you its official title: "Typuhthâng". All 6 songs are now being mixed by Jess Fenton and the soundscapes are almost ready. I have officially 100 women recorded and so the end is in sight! For International Women's Day, we made a promo on the socials of Original Beans Chocolate, you can watch it here, (make sure to turn your sound on to hear a preview of my music) .... Next week I will do a zoom interview with CEO Philipp Kauffmann to talk about the chocolate and the music.

Officially 100 women have participated and sent me their recordings for the different arrangements of my songs. Here is the full list! On the top left, you see my recording setup and on the right, you see the Zoom session with GaYoung Bae where we discuss the edits of her arrangement of my song 'Concept of falling'.

Goed nieuws : sinds Januari ben ik officieel "facultymember" aan Berklee College of Music. Samen met Kenny Werner geven we dit voorjaars semester les aan bijna 75 studenten aan Berklee, naast onze inspirerende "Lines Demystified online workshop" voor mensen van over de hele wereld die leren hoe te improviseren. Aanstaande Donderdag organiseren we samen met Berklee Alumni een publiek online event, meer info klik hier.
Ook zijn de afgelopen maanden druk bezig geweest met het nieuwe album en ik kan je eindelijk de officiële titel vertellen: "Typuhthâng". Alle 6 nummers worden nu gemixt door Jess Fenton en de soundscapes zijn bijna klaar. Ik heb officieel 100 vrouwen opgenomen en dus is het einde in zicht! Voor Internationale Vrouwendag hebben we een promo gemaakt op de socials van Original Beans Chocolade, bekijk hem hier (zet je geluid aan om een preview van mijn muziek te horen) .... Volgende week heb ik een Zoom interview met CEO Philipp Kauffmann waarin we over de chocolade en de muziek praten.
