Do you practice, do you want to do more?
Someone once said 'Practice Makes Perfect', but perhaps that isn't quite accurate. A better phrase might be 'Perfect Practice Makes Permanent. Do you practice before you present? Of course you do. But is that enough? As mentioned in our last update, ILP is looking to introduce various online app 'Practice Sessions' with a group of friendly peers.  

So far members have said they would like to practice with online facilitation apps such as MIRO, Ideazboard, Jamboard, Padlet, Sli.do, Mentimeter, and Kahoot. The format will be for the practising facilitation will frame the app (why they are using it), provide a short intro to the app sharing tips and ideas, demonstrate the app, and allow participants to practice using the app in a safe environment.  

We are looking to run these as an extension to the Friday morning L&D Lounge starting in a couple of weeks, so join us in the lounge if you can. And if you would like to facilitate a session or practice with us email the Team with a request.
