RE-ENROLLMENT
FOR 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR
Re-enrollment packet for the 2022-2023 school year had been emailed to you this Tuesday. Please return the signed Contract for Re-Enrollment and Financial Polices to KIA by emailing to Admissions@KIA-China.org, or bringing it in person to KIA Admissions Office (RM 102) no later than 4:00 pm, Friday,1 April 2022. Submitting the completed contract on time will secure your child(ren)’s seat(s) and a 4,000 RMB re-enrollment discount for fall semester, 2022. Contracts submitted after 4:00 pm, 1 April, will not receive the re-enrollment discount, and cannot be guaranteed a seat.

2022-2023学年续读文件已于周二以电子邮件的形式发给您。请您务必于2022年4月1日星期五下午4点前或当日将完整填写和签名的续读申请协议及学费收取规定(2022-2023学年) 通过电邮：Admissions@KIA-China.org发到KIA，或亲自交到招生办公室(102室)。按时提交完整的续读协议，将确保您孩子的入学名额并可获得2022年秋季学期4000元的续读优惠。4月1日下午4点后提交，将不能享受续读优惠，且不能保证预留学位。

KIA Elementary Spring Parent-Teacher Conference Sign Up Sheet / KIA小学家长会报名信息表
Dear Parents, 亲爱的家长们，
14 April, Thursday 4:00 pm--7:00 pm, and Friday morning, 15 April are Parent-Teacher Conferences time for KIA. All parents of elementary students must schedule a conference with their child's homeroom teacher. This is a valuable time to hear how your child is progressing and how he/she can continue to grow. Conferences will be scheduled in the order in which the form is received. Please complete this form by Tuesday, 29 March, 2021. If registration info is not submitted by 29 March, the classroom teachers will be contacting you to schedule your meeting. Once all conferences are scheduled, the elementary office will finalize the conference schedule and send a letter confirming your conference time.
4月14日星期四下午4点到7点和4月15日星期五上午是KIA 的家长会时间，所有学生家长都需要与孩子的老师们开会。这是了解孩子学习近况和帮助孩子成长的宝贵机会。会议是按照收到报名信息的先后顺序安排的。请在2021年3月29日星期二前提交此表。过期没有提交家长会报名信息的家长请自行与老师沟通开会时间。
