Join the Sunflower Electric Power Corporation family as our Digital Learning and Training Administrator! Sunflower is a generation and transmission utility serving central and western Kansas and we are seeking a personable, outgoing, and collaborative individual who enjoys training on a variety of topics with a variety of people. In addition to assisting with in-person training in partnership with various SEPC departments and subject matter experts, the Digital Learning and Training Administrator will also collaborate on Sunflower eLearning initiatives, employee training/development, and maintain the Learning Management System.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, training, education or related field, and two years' experience in instructional design, training or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skilled at and knowledgeable in training best practices, including adult learning principles, facilitation and instruction, and measurement of results.
- Understanding of eLearning, training development, and Adult Learning Theory.
