Important update from Hillside Lake Park

New Customer Portal ....

Hello Hillside Campers,

Here you go.... instructions for your portal. 

Beginning the week of March 28th, you will receive a welcome email from Word Press (image below), letting you know that your portal is active and giving you your username. One important thing to know is that each site gets one portal and uses one email address. So if the email address that we sent this email to isn't the one you'd like to use for the portal, contact the office and we can edit your email preference. Once you receive the email click on the blue link at the bottom of the page to set up your password. Please note, the pictures we have added for reference were taken from a phone/tablet logging in, logging in from a laptop may be laid out slightly different.

When the password reset screen appears, (first image) in the "new password" field there will be an automatically generated password, you can use that one, but ensure to copy/paste or record for your reference. If you'd prefer your own password just delete what's in the box by clicking in the box, deleting and then enter your own. Once you have set up and saved your password you will be taken to the log in screen (second image)

At the log in page (first image) enter either your email address (this needs to be the email address that we sent the welcome email to) or your username and your password. Click Log In and you will be taken to our website (second image).

Select the Members page, and then the My Documents page. Here you will find the License of Occupation document required to be filled out once per site.

Please ensure to have your completed License of Occupation to us by May 1st, in order to have your gate card working for opening day. Also take into consideration that the closer we get to our opening day, May 1st, the busier we get and processing your License of Occupation will take longer.
