Thank you to all those who bought bakes from me last week. I hope you enjoyed yours. The Guinness and Black Treacle Soda Bread proved to be the most popular of the three on offer - and was the messiest to clean up! I will look at baking this more in future.   

St Patrick’s Day Class #CookForUkraine fundraiser
I held my fist St Patrick's day bake-along on Thursday. We made potato farls and Beetroot and Pumpkin seed soda and raised money for UNICEF UK's Ukraine appeal. 

Treats on offer this week
This week I have a few chocolate bakes - Chocolate and Hazelnut cookies and Chocolate Cinnamon Babka to tie in with Old Isleworth Market's chocolate theme, as well as a special and popular treat - Pecan tarts which make a delicious desert for a special occasion. If you are celebrating Mother's Day consider this as as desert.


I will also have
Isleworth and Rye Sourdough, tomato, olive and onion focaccia. And a seeded loaf for the gluten free-ers

#CookForUkraine Babka
