Happy Springtime, <<First Name>>! I hope the weather has started to brighten where you are and you've been able to enjoy it. As shown above, my wife and I recently day-tripped out to the Oregon coast, where we visited our old friend Peter Iredale.

Going Back Out There

Speaking of leaving the house... I'm currently scheduled to appear in-person at Norwescon (April 14-17) and will be attending the virtual SFWA Nebula Conference (May 20-22) online. I will also make some kind of appearance at the Willamette Writers Conference (August 5-7), and possibly other places as various groups sort out their event plans for 2022. Keep an eye on CurtisCChen.com/events for updates!

Nevertheless, Cats Persisted

If you have any middle grade readers in your life, I highly recommend Sir Fig Newton and the Science of Persistence by my friend Sonja Thomas, available this week wherever books are sold! I was one of Sonja's beta readers for this delightful story and I'm well chuffed that it's finally out in the world for everyone to enjoy.

Tye and Alice, stronger together
SO looking forward to this wonderfulness
