37: How can you make space for yourself?
As you wander, be aware of the open spaces, gaps and holes around you. What spaces appeal to you? How do you feel when you have space for yourself? Ponder what you need to make more space as you go.
One of the main reasons I walk is to make space for myself. Space to move, breathe, think or to not think at all. I also get to find spaces that help me feel calm, like this clear sky through the cherry blossom branches at Kew Gardens.
How to #WalkWednesday:
WANDER. wherever you are - through the park, up the road, or round your room. BE PRESENT. Take 3 deep breaths. Really notice the environment around you. Be aware of how you're feeling today. PONDER. Gently reflect on the #WalkWednesday question.

Dear <<First Name>>
Take time to enjoy the sun (and the daffodils)
The warmer weather makes us feel more positive and keen to do more - get out, get organised, get projects started. So we can easily end up trying to get too much done and feeling overwhelmed.
Give yourself some space and keep your to do list short and manageable. Remember to make time to enjoy the sun and look for daffodils.
Happy wandering.
