The two scheduled PTA meetings in May (May 3rd and May 17th) have been combined into one meeting on a new date: Tuesday, May 31st.
Please mark your calendar for the new, single PTA meeting date on Tuesday, May 31st!
We also have a new meeting room for our April and May meetings due to construction in the Media Center. Our April and May PTA meetings will be held in the OLE Art Room, room #204 (in the Kindergarten wing), at 6:30pm.
Open Board Positions
We are looking for individuals to fill the role of PTA Board Secretary and Deputy Treasurer. Each role is a two year term. This is a fantastic way to learn more about what the PTA does and what the PTA supports, as well as meet new people and add something great to your resume!
If you're thinking to yourself "I could never do that! I don't know anything about the school or what happens in PTA!" We're here to tell you, YOU CAN! We are here to help guide the next volunteers who are ready to take the helm. If you or someone you know is interested, please email us. We're more than happy to answer your questions!
We Are Monsters Student Musical TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE
Get your tickets today to watch OLE 3rd-5th graders perform this funny musical that follows human kids into a monster cabaret filled with quirky monster characters. Students have been rehearsing since January and can't wait to see their family, friends and classmates in the audience!
Performances take place in the theater at the Maplewood YMCA. Friday, April 8th at 7:00pm
Saturday, April 9th at 1:00pm
Sunday, April 10th at 4:00pm
Did you know it takes over 100 volunteers to make the Carnival a success? We need you on the team!

Want to help out? Come to the Volunteer Meeting! We need a lot of volunteers to help plan this new carnival and make it a fun event for the OLE families and also raise money for important school programs. We hope you can join the team!

Bystander Intervention Training
Supported by the Korean Cultural Association
The Korean Cultural Association supports Bystander Intervention Training. Register for this FREE one-hour training where you will gain valuable understanding of the power you have as a bystander.
You and others in your training group will learn new action ideas as you review a wide variety of common harassments you may witness in many spaces. You are an unnamed, unseen member of a virtual group.

Do you need an easy, delicious fundraiser for your organization?
If you enjoyed our Simpls fundraiser as much as we did, and you are looking for a great way to generate some money for an organization you are a part of, consider Simpls!

The purpose of our PTA is to enrich the experiences of all students and the Otter Lake Community by sharing our time, talents, and treasure. You help make all this possible!
