Genealogy: Take This Opportunity to Meet Personally, Ask Your Genealogy Questions, and Learn Insider Tips/Tricks
The Leisure World Computer and Technology Club (LWCTC) is inviting you to join us live in the LWCTC Classroom (no Zoom) this Wednesday at 3PM as Debbie Hagar and Elaine Prom lead our discussion on genealogy; present genealogy tips, tricks, and best practices; and answer your questions.
This session is designed to be highly interactive in order to respond to the needs of those considering getting started with genealogy, those who are just beginning, and those who are have been involved with genealogy for some time.
Genealogy is an excellent hobby that can be enjoyed from the comfort of home. Researching your family's story can be filled with discovery, create new family connections, provide relevant medical knowledge and offer insights into events that have shaped a family's past and present.
Reminder: The LWCTC computer lab (across from the Rec1 theater) is equipped with internet access, computers, printers, scanners and popular software and is available to all residents Mon-Sat 10AM-12PM. Please stop in, see our facilities and say hello to Michael Beck, Lab Director.
DATE: Wednesday, March 23
TIME: 3:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Computer classroom. (In-person only, no Zoom)
